Steps Select the Baptism Type Choose whether the Baptism is for a child or an adult. Select a Preferred Date Choose an available date from the calendar. Complete the Baptism Request Form Fill in the required details using the Google Form linked below. Prepare Required Documents Please review the Baptism Guide PDF and ensure all required items and documents are prepared. Confirmation Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming the Baptism details or requesting further information. Important Notices A completed Baptism Request Form is required for all baptisms. A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate must be provided for child baptisms. Godparents must be Orthodox Christians. If the Godparent is not known to Saint Nectarios Church, an Orthodox Baptism Certificate must be presented. Baptisms do not take place during Holy Week and may be subject to church availability. All Baptism requests are reviewed and confirmed manually by the church office.
